What could have been improved on?

20-40 years to convert?

Well, I was in East Germany 10 years after the Berlin Wall came down... and the economy was Booming like plane creating a sonic boom. It appears as a tourist that the E German's did a GREAT job at this conversion ... I wanted an economic view to see why.

The word " success" has got different meaning in Marxist Philosophy [ Communism ]. Communists have got different measures, so what you see it as a success, could be seen by them as a failure. Now there are a lot of people weeping for the past, they are weeping for the subsidized needs and the free of charge of a lot of services.

It takes 20 to 40 years for the new generation to accept and work with a new system...
