Where and when is the next biggest SF convention in the USA?

The San Diego Comic Con is probably the biggest in terms of content. Some incredible movies have gotten premieres and sneak peaks, such as the one for Spider-Man 3 they had last year.
Atfer that, Gen Con (which is a gaming convention) would probably be next... but as you're looking for Science Fiction, DragonCon, in Atlanta, is probably the one you want.
