Just like the Kevin Bacon game, are any of you six people away from the president or less? For example, my friends grandfather worked in washington and worked directly and was friends with George Bush, and obviously George Bush knows his son the President. So I am 4 degrees of separation from the president. what about you?

Me-my brother-his friend-Clinton-Bush 41-Bush 43. Would that be 5 degrees away or do I count myself too?

I work at a national lab. One of my co-workers discussed a fuel reforming prototype (that I worked on) with Bush on a visit to the lab. That makes what, two degrees of separation?
My master's degree work was funded by a DOE earmark supplied by senator Conrad Burns (who I met). Burns had Bush support him for re-election (which he lost). Two degrees of separation.
I could probably think up a zillion different paths, but that's not tough to do when you work for the government.

I would be 4 degrees. I have a cousin was that was a U.S. Senator in the 90's, and I'm sure he knew some of the Senators from then that are still around. And, of course, the Senators work with the President (or, I should say they are suppose to).

I am an infinite number of degrees away from Bush. I obtain closer degrees to fish just as Bush stated the following: " I believe fish and humans can coexist peacefully."
I would not want to be near Dick Cheney either, especially as a hunting partner.

I'm two away if meeting Bush Sr counts as one degree of separation. I'm three away if just meeting him doesn't count.
