I am looking to rent out space at Oldham carnival but am looking for more traditional rides. It' short notice though as our event is 23rd/24th June

I haven't been able to find a copy. We did enquire about advertising in it and we are debating about the cost.

Get a copy of the newspaper "World's Fair" which deals with travelling fairs and the like. It's published each Friday, and used to be published or printed in Oldham.
As you say, you've left it a bit late, but you never know!
