I have some type of add on. I keep getting pop ups and I can't find where they are. I have Symantec Antivirus, microsoft defender and the aol spy ware stuff. None of it will remove it. I have looked in the add/remove programs and can't seem to find anything there. I have deleted all temp files and cookies. I have also run all 3 spyware adware things several times. I don't have the money to spend on the removal software, not to mention they are one of my popups and I don't want to give them money.
I keep getting this message now.....
Cannot find 'file:///C:/DOCUME~/Mommy/LOCALS~1/Temp/NDrABE.tmp.html'. Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.
What do I do??? Help me PLEASE!!!

Thank you for all your help. I think I got it. We'll find out soon. The message is still coming up though.
For the person that sent me a message I'm so sorry I accidentally erased it. So sorry.

If you are getting pop-ups trying to sell you a malware removal software of dubious quality, you may have a Vundo infection.
Amaena popups, and scam internet security ads such as Winfixer, WinAnti"this and that", ErrorSafe, etc are usually caused by the Vundo (Virtumonde) infection.
Most "general purpose" scanners such as Norton, AVG, Spybot etc can not detect it, as you may have found out already.
The standard, specialized removal tool for Vundo is called VundoFix and it is availible for free here:

It just might help you.
Good luck.

Sounds like the sucker has buried itself in deep....
You are right to not give money to the popup (because trust me, that won't really get rid of it)
You have done all the right things, the only way to completely get rid of it is to do a destructive recovery. That means formatting the hard drive (which will delete absolutely everything, including the adware) and reinstalling windows.

It could very well be that you've inadvertently downloaded malware containing something known as a "rootkit" which buries itself deep into the system code and can't be detected by traditional anti-virus software.
Download fsbl.exe from F-Secure Blacklight @ the following url:
http://www.f-secure.com/blacklight
Instructions for it's use should be printed off @ the following url:
http://www.f-secure.com/blacklight/blacklight_help.html
This trial version is free....

The best way to remove a virus is by re-formatting the computer. Just re-install windows XP by using your CD(new installation). You will remove the virus but also lose everything by doing this:)

first of all calm down... ;)
Next.. download AVG free and Avast free and run them... they're top of the range free anti-virus programs:
AVG:
http://free.grisoft.com/freeweb.php/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5#avg-anti-virus-free
Avast:
http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
After doing this, download and run HijackThis from here:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/hijackthis.php
Run it and email the log file to me and I will give you thorough removal instructions :)
I vaguely know what I'm doing since I work for a well known AV provider as a specialist in virus removal

How to manage add-ons
Click tools then manage add-ons then enable or disable add-ons - from here you can disable them & at a later date re-enable them.
