Happiness is being content.
Happiness is finding yourself in a state of "Zen," where all things equal out and you "need" for nothing. It is finding that place in the ebb and flow of the river of life where the waters are calm. Happiness, true happiness, is rare and more often then not short lived.
Happiness can be a warm bowl of soup.
Happiness can be a good book and a quiet room.
Happiness can be a group of unruly guys enjoying far too much beer.
Happiness can be found almost anywhere, but when it's found it should be savored, as life is to short to not be happy.

anyone and anything that makes me happy adds up to my equasion of happiness. I do not place all my happiness in one person, one situation or one ideal. I take elements from all around me and they all add up to a good sum.
