I am going to Sweden on vacation, and trying to determine what it will cost get cash.

If you use a bank ATM that has the same symbol that is on the back of your card, you only pay the fee charged by your bank. Usually that is only $2-$3 per transaction, you also get the added benefit of the bank giving you the correct exchange rate for your money. This is the cheapest way to get the most for your money. Exchange booths will often only give you .90 on the dollar when converting money and then charge a fee on top of that. It's almost like being robbed (this goes for exchanging money at the hotel too).
