my brother has this girl who he had sex with on the stairs. he said only one time he had sex with her. she was already pregnant when he met her. she claimed that the baby she was pregnant with came out still born (miscarriage) but now she is pregnant by him. so basicallly that the baby died and another egg was fertilized and she is pregnant with his child. is this possible?

No sweetie homegirl is lying to your brother! I have had a miscarriage in the past and before you can become pregnant you need to have your period. Miscarriages aren't as light as people say they are. you know you hear those stories about people having the miscarriage in the toilet and they are completely fine after that is complete bulls*it!! What she is telling your brother is impossible. Both you and your brother need to go to the doctor with her (pretend everything is all cool between everybody) and wait for them to schedule the ultrasound- Make sure your brother keeps track of how many weeks ago he slept with her because that is very important. At the ultrasound they will say how far along she actually is (for example 17 weeks and 5 days) then do the math. Mind you it takes 2 weeks for the sperm and egg to completely fertilize and become a fetus so if they say how far along she is at the ultrasound add 2 weeks to that and that is when she concieved. Honestly her story sound like some real hoodrat sh*it if you ask me. She is tryin to get your brother to be her babies father because the other guy probably left her @ss!! It takes two to tango girl, your brother was the one having sex on the stairs too!! With a pregnant girl?? Your question is quite unclear.. of course you can fall pregnant again after a miscarriage.. are you saying she conceived whilst already pregnant..?? In any case, it has happened before. YES IT CAN HAPPEN!! (In first trimester, but it's VERY rare.) If your brother wants proof of paternity I'm sure he'll ask for it. If your brother had practised safe sex, he wouldn't be in this predicament. As everyone knows, it only needs to happen once..!

If she's trying to say she got pregnant while she was already pregnant and then lost the one that wasn't your brothers. No. That's not possible.
After giving birth, or miscarriage it take time for your cycle to return. It really just depends upon how much time passed between her "miscarriage" and when they had sex.

The baby would have had to be born before the sex occured. You cannot get pregnant while pregnant. Even twins fertilize at the same time

I think he should go to the doctors office with her and find out the gestational age of the baby to see if it is possible. Perhaps she was lying about being pregnant in the first place (maybe to keep him from using a condom and therefor trapping him into a pregnancy).
But what she described is impossible.

First of al tell your brother to be more careful who he has sex with because obviously she don't care. If she had a full misscarriage (the other baby came out) then yes it is possible but if not then no she's lying.

Well i doubt it, but then again, women who have been pregnant can eazily get pregnant again.
Your brother needs to keep it in his pants or cover it with a rain coat.
And nothing can be proven untill the baby is born, then he can do a DNA test.

If she was pregnant at the time that they had sex, then no, thats not possible.
If she lost the baby before they had sex, then yes, she could have gotten pregnant.

Not possible. You don't release any eggs for fertilisation when pregnant nor would a fertilised egg be able to implant straight after a miscarriage as the lining of the womb would not be ready. She's a lying cow.

Possible, but highly unlikely...especially since she used the term "still born". The term still born refers to a baby that has been carried to term but somehow dies before it is born, generally due to trama to the mother. You're brother should leave this girl alone. She is obviously looking to trap him.
