I'm buying a home in MA. The realtor asked me to sign a buyer broker agreement.

for service fees, she listed "per MLS." What does it mean? How much do I need to pay?

She should have been a bit more clear in her language. What she is most probably stating is that she will accept as full compensation for her services whatever shared commission on the property is offered to her through the MLS listing. In other words, she is stating that you are not responsible to pay her anything other than what she is offered by the listing firm.

Double check with her on this, but that's my strong guess.

Her fees are based on the listing price that is carried by the multiple listing service.
Having said that, the only answer that is accountable to you is the brokers.
Ask her, in an email or letter what exactly that means and save it in case you need to remind her later.
There are good articles on real estate for buyers and sellers. One that comes to mind is "How to interview a real estate agent"
