Approach the subject with a touch of humor. Perhaps a crude sexual joke intimating an offer of oral sex would get a chuckle. Then help her clean, and insist no less than THREE TIMES to pay for her ruined dress/have sex.
She might let you have sex with her the following night, for if in fact she finds you desirable, I have no doubt that she would be titillated by this sort of incident.
