Yuck I hate the talent portion of pageants and usually opt out and try to get perfect scores on every other event. In the past I have done dancing and gymnastics but have seen ballet, every musical instrument imaginable, monolouges, sign language songs,and a crazy dance where the girl simply spun around in circles for three solid minutes with her arms outspread.

Yeah, i got some mimicry stuff too.. Especially imitating a child's speech..
I can write english in reverse letters (mirror image) very fluently, but im not sure if that counts as a talent at this place.

I'll have an easel put up on the stage and make a caricature of the judges or give each one a painting.. oh wait, that's bribing lol

Probably I would write something...or stick my tongue to my nose....or make my awesome mac and cheese ....or show my power shopping skills...or all the things I can balance while in 5 inch heels....
