if someone knows about any pdf file on net ,then plz suggest ,

Those are two COMPLETELY different things. HTML is a web programming language and CCNA is a Cisco Certified Network Administrator certification. I would definitely go with the CCNA because you will make MUCH more money in that field.

Go For CCNA, More Exposures you got & Opportunity rather than HTML (worthless now-a-days.
Be A CCNA And Work As a Network Administrator.
you will learn lots of New Technologies.

I think you mean html or CSS. Well it's a preference of mind, which one is much more fun to do to you, and if your up for the money I think it's the same because in HMTL there is a latter part of it which you can use to create webpages like CSS, PHP, Flash, and also which can be a great source of income.
