Hi, I'm running Windows XP on my PC and need to know how to view the audit trail and everything that has been done on my PC. It would be much appreciated if someone could give me a step by step guide on what to do.
Thank you.

The computer doesn't record what's going on unless you installed special software beforehand. The most you can get is the records of web site activity.

To get the web history, go to internet explorer, and click on the picture of the stopwatch with the green arrow coming out of it. (its usually next to the picture of the yellow star)

Right click My Computer and then click Manage. Expand the Event Viewer and you can view things there.

Ignore the.chip as he has no idea what he's talking about.

As mentioned above, use event manager and turn on auditing
