There is never a SAFE time..You can get pregnant at any time under any circumstances. However, there is a decreased time, and that is the after ovulation, during wks 3 and 4 of ur cycle. but i reccomend using protection. anything can happen

Safest as far as pregnancy goes. I believe it is 3-5 days before your period and 3-5 days after. Giving you roughly 15 pretty safe days a month. You get pregnant when you ovulate, when your eggs are released, which happens about 14 days before your period.

no such thing as a safe period periods are constantly shifting and changing, you can get pregnant anytime in your cycle
