My favorite way to unwind is going fishing with my husband. I also like to just lay around .

I live in a hot, dusty country very unlike home - so I have planted anything in my garden that will grow and have a wild green place surrounded by high walls - I sit in a paddling pool, read a novel, listen to chill out music and feast my eyes on the green.

Drink a couple of your favorite mixed drinks(not too many or you won't relax at all the next day) and take a hot shower...and you will get the nicest nap you can ever get....

Spending a day at the movies eating ice-cream and pop corn and then staying in bed during an afternoon thunderstorm curled up with a good book and eating ice-cream.

walking in the woods - certainly purely got here from a walk. Fishing. Taking a force in direction of the geographical area. gaining knowledge of nature on the internet in a quiet place. Sitting on the porch watching hummingbirds.
