What is causing night sweats? Is it menopause, autoimmune disease? If it's menopause, wear lighter clothing, keep your bedroom well-ventilated. Drink some cool herbal tea before bedtime. Make sure it does not contain caffeine. Try chamomile tea, raspberry, ginger or green tea. For menopausal women, doctors usually recommend taking Clonidine, which is available by prescription. First, find out why you are having night sweats since it may be the result of an underlying illness that cannot be ignored.

I had hot flashes really badly, and have found that I can keep them under control with a really good exercise regimen. Talk to your doctor about what kind of exercise would be best for you.

if you mean menopausal symptoms, you can get hormone replacement therapy from your doctor, or you can get some black cohosh at your local supplement store, or you can sleep on frozen sheets.
