hi there,
im looking for the name of a book i read as a child.. i cant remember the name but i remember it was about a group of animals in the woods, each chapter was an individual story, there was a birthday party for the ladybird, as well as boy who entered the world called Alex i think. im not to sure about the name. the description probably sounds a little like winnie the pooh but i gaurentee it is not. the characters were slightly more like the wind in the willows characters.!! PLEASE HELP

im 18.. but im sure the book was proably published say in the mid 70's or 80's lets start a world wide search!!

sounds like A HOME IN A TREE that I've also been seeking!! If you could try searching in all popular links for that title. I may also locate it eventually.

Could it have been published in the last ten years?
