If it's that far gone there will be no healing it. I would remove it and humanely euthanize it though.

Please, do not let the other piranhas finish it off. That is a cruel way for him to die and is a painful death. Quarantine him and at least give him a chance to try to live. Every animal deserves a chance, and piranhas are very resiliant fish. Even if he does die, at least he was given a chance. You never know, though. Maybe he will pull through and survive. Try taking him to the vet. They may beable to give him a strong antibiotic or medicine that will help heal and repair his body so that infection from his torn body does not fester or spread, which can be fatal.

I would say its time to hear the flush and see the swirl of it going bye bye down the toilet. This is probably best for your other fish anyway as dieing/ dead beings release nitrates which could harm the rest of your fish.

And piranhas? Cool!

I think you should let the other piranhas finish him to be honest

You can't save it if it is part eaten.

You could let it get eaten, but that it a painful death.

You could quarantine it, and let it die.

...It depends, insanely enough, by what you mean by 'half eaten'. I would DEFINATELY quaratine that poor fish, though.
