Need help in finding quick n easy baby shower games for about 20 people

Pass around a spool of ribbon and a scissor , have everyone cuts the length they think would best fit around the mommy-to-be's belly. See which comes closest and they win a prize!

Buy a bunch of pairs of baby socks (that the momma can keep after the shower), seperate all the pairs and put them on a platter or in a bowl, then pass it around and time each person about a minute to match as many pairs as they can...
Buy a bunch of different flavors of baby food, soak the labels off them and number them with marker (maybe on the bottom) and pass them around the room and have everyone write down what kind they think each is, they can look at it, smell it etc... it is a lot of fun if you get some that are similiar and look alike.
Fill baby bottles half way up with some juice and select a certain number of people (if their's 20 at the shower, maybe draw 4 names out) and see who can drink theirs the fastest.
Those are the funnest ones I've seen at showers, hope this helps!!

At my shower, we didn't do games really. We had a themed basket on each table with a bottle of wine in it and other goodies... bath salts, candles, etc. How we decided the recipent of each basket was through a poem that was on each table... here is an example (my guests all enjoyed this and it was fun for us watching them!) The ladies passed the poem around the table and the person holding it after the last line won the basket. You can always switch around the order of the lines or even make up your own.
1. The news is out, quick send a cable, the poem goes to the lady across the table.
2. If someone wears a dress of blue, she must take the poem from you. If blue cannot be seen, it goes to the one wearing green.
3. I will now read another verse...give the poem to the gal with the largest purse.
4. We are getting tricky, here is a real humdinger! Hand the poem to the one with the most rings on her fingers.
5. Wow! What a success! Pass the poem to the guest with the most buttons on her dress.
6. Alas, this poem is not for you. It now goes to the one with the largest shoe.
7. Let's get this party started girls..pass this to the one with the cutest curls.
8. Mommy is anxious. Daddy is nervous. Hand this to the lady who drove the furthest.
9. There won't be time to practice, there won't be time to rehearse. Hand this over to the gal with the most money in her purse!
10. We hope you all are having fun. We have tried to include most everyone. For the largest purse and the largest shoe, hand this to the girl to the left of you.
11. We're ending this rhyme, it wasn't hard to understand. The prize goes to the girl who now holds this poem in her hand.
You can scan your guests before the game starts and make changes as you need to according to what they're wearing, etc.
Also, in the invitations, you can include a little poem that requests that the guests bring a book of their choice instead of using a card. This will help start a library for baby!
Although cards are nice

Baby Bingo is fun, or the tray game. For the tray game just load a bunch of baby items up on the tray and then let everyone look at it for about 15 seconds or so then take the tray away. The person that names the most stuff on the tray wins. Then the soon to be mom gets everything on the tray

Well what i did say have a white board and have it in the month that i was due and people wrote there names and time that they think i would have her and if they won i mailed them a gift card to blockbuster or food whatever you like, so it was a nice prise after the baby shower, and thsy have fun /trying to see when i would have her. Also we had lots of baby food and took off the labels and had everyong try it and see if they could guess what it was

The baby pin game: Everyone gets a baby safety pin (diaper pin). Whoever gets the most by the end of the shower, by catching others who say baby (SO HARD NOT TO DO!) wins. Careful it becomes very competitive! LOL

GUESS THE FLAVOR: Take the labels off the baby food jars and have every one try to guess the flavor. Dont forget to use the peas, they are kind of unappealing. GUESS THE CANDY BAR: Melt a candy bar in place it in the center of a clean open diaper. Whoever can guess the most correctly wins. Its fun to see how many people want to poke at it and smell it, Try these candy bars: Almond Joy, Take 5, Hershey's Cookies and Cream, Whatchamacalit, Kit Kat, Twix, Peppermint Patty, Mounds, Symphony with fruit, and Snickers.

Make a basket or trey full of baby stuff that you will give the mom to be. Have her walk it around for everyone to see and remember what is on it. When she leaves the room everyone wil be expecting to write down what they saw, but instead ask what all the mom to be was wearing.

If the name is picked out. Give each guest a paper with the name on it and see to can make the most words out of it.

made a teddy bear out of diapers and have them guess how many is in it
guess how much the baby will weigh ex 5lbs 12 ounce
baby bingo have them write down what they think the new mother will get as gifts and as you open up the gifts they cross off the bingo bored and who gets bingo wins
dirty diaper game use cotton balls and make it look like a diaper and put stuff in one of them to make it look like a dirty diaper
