Herston is in the State of Queesland which is currently on Eastern Standard Time so it's 10:32 a.m. on Thursday the 24th of May, 2007.

P.S. Notwithstanding the above, those of us in the southern States of Australia tend to regard Queensland as being a 100 years behind the rest of the country !

I can't find Herston on any of my maps. If you know which State it is in, Eastern Standard Time (Qld, NSW, Vic, ACT, Tas) is UTC + 10; Central Standard Time (SA, NT) is UTC + 9½; Western Standard Time (WA) is UTC + 8.
