Have you tried the yellow pages or information, since you have his first and last name?

U can try yellowbook.com, looking both in the yellow pages for the business and then in the white pages for his first and last name. You can also try zabasearch.com. You wouldn't believe who can find on that site. My name and info was even there! Good luck!
