I am guessing the reason your asking this is because it is your flier and you want to know if we as a public would be interested in these services should you put that flier up in Our Neighborhoods.
Well, I have to say that decision would be made after I called the number and asked a few questions to the sitter and the parents...of course, I would want references from other satisfied parents as well...
Make sure you place on the flier that references are available, and although yes you sound like you are responsible, Parents would also like to know how you plan on occupying your time with their children; Movies, toys, games, books, crafts, music...
Are you well tempered, upbeat and cheery? Sure you are certified as a babysitter, and have CPR training, which is all fine and well, but are you warm and maternal as well....
Don't just put down the facts, Make yourself sound nice, warm, fun and approachable as well as responsible....
My suggestion to you would be to read "The Baby Sitters Club" Series, (at least the first book) by Ann M. Martin. They were good reads and had some interesting baby sitting business ideas.
Good luck to you.
Angela.

The only people that watch my daughter are family members. If I was looking for a babysitter and none of my family was available though I might call that person. But I'd definitely have to meet the person first though and find out how s/he was with kids, why they want to babysit, etc etc. Theres a whole list of questions Id ask a potential babysitter.

Personally I would never leave my kids with ANYONE I dont know. But based on the flyer she does sound responsible and adding the parents info is a plus. I would get in contact with the mother first and have her come over just to meet your kids and see the kind of vibe your kids get from her. Kids to me are the best judge of character. If my 15 month old dont like you then there is something wrong with you LOL.

The price is a little high, but just from what they have on the flyer they seem honest. I wouldn't make a decision until I talked to both the person in question and his/her parents. Find out the age, get other references, and see if they have babysat other children.

as responsible as you CAN sound on a flyer. I would be more nervous being the parents of the kid who's putting themselves out there like that. with the crazies in this world, I would not have a sitter, or let my kids be watched by someone, unless they were recommended by a friend or family member.

Maybe you can ask her how exactly do you go about getting "certified" as a babysitter? Or does she mean she's read all the Babysitters Club books.

No I sure wouldn't. Selecting a babysitter for your precious possession requires more than simply reading a flyer stuck to some telephone pole. - Go through your Church, more than likely there are many stay at home mom's who would be delighted to help you out.

I would email their parents first and find out more about them: age, experience, etc. Their parents aren't likely to overexaggerate anything, and have an interest in making sure their child is suited for the situation.
