It's the same as what I gave you for the other line question. Any lines that are parallel to this line have a slope of one-third (1/3) also. Again you put in your given x and y and solve for b.
Here -5 = (1/3) 3 + b this gives you -5 = 1 + b so b = -6 and the equation is y = (1/3) x - 6

A line parallel to y=1/3 x-2 and passing through (3,-5)is
y+5=1/3(x-3)answer

y + 5 = (1/3).(x - 3)
y = (1/3).x - 6
or
3y = x - 18
x - 3y - 18 = 0
