hi there

there will be several ways to veiw what you have been watching.

the most common is history (CTRL+H). this will show every site you have visited and you may delete the basic section here.

next is your cookies. these may not be veiwable to you from your work computer, but you may find a way to delete these.

Your work's IT Services may have key-loggers. these will record every key pressed on your computer and if needed, can filter through to your recent website veiws. There is no way for you to delete these entries, but you can bypass it by making a shortcut at home and bring it in on a floppy... and double click it.

The next way is that 98% of online porn has a pop-up and/or virus downloader. this will affect the system you are using and cause instant suspician to your history. this would need time to do virus scans.. etc

The worst method of being found out is someone stands and watches you (and embarrising). this one you have NO way out, and must face the concequences.

The biggest problem is your SERVER system. If you work for a large company then you are more likely to be monitored. If youre a in a small company, you might just get away with it. If you are desperate to watch this stuff though, try getting the internet at your house, or take the day of work if your in dire need.

but basically, yes. someone can watch everything you have watched, without problems (if the computer is set the same as when you were on it)

yes there is an adminstrator account that you cannot access and they can see what you have been doing. We just fired 3 people on the night shift. I had to do some work on the computer and pulled up the temporary internet files and found that they had been watching porn.
now unfortunately the people who had nothing to do with this are suffering because all computer privilages have been suspended except for the captain and myself.

Yes the majority of corporate systems have the ability to trace anything anyone does. Not only from the internet but if you were watching a dvd on your computer.

Most certainly. If you are on a corporate server, it most likely has a log of sites visited and files received for all employees. If the system administrators are looking at it, you may get caught.

Quite easily if ur lazy. Clear the history and hope for the best. remember, they have to be looking first, and dont be stupid enough to add websites to ur favorites. In fact, just dont do it. go to an internet cafe, and see all the little kids showing you what the best sites are

Yes, all sites records are kept by larger firms and it will be down to the IT manager or director to deal with and if you have been on those sites was it worth your job

Yes they can but heres how to stop that. click on history next to favorites, click today and look for the website name, then right-click on it and select delete or right-click on today and select delete. Keep doing this and you can go on as many porn sites as you want and your work mates will never know

Yes, but are they likely to look?

If you have been looking at porn at work, you are a fool, you could be out of a job. I hope you weren't playing with yourself at the time.

hell yeah. From work you are probably connecting through a proxy server, so even if you delete all traces from your machine (which is not easy), a full record of your activity would exist on the proxy
