I star questions that I like. It may be because they're funny, clever or sweet. I hate people who beg for stars. I never star them.

I only star questions that make me think. It is suppose to be an applaud for asking good questions, not bad or mediocre ones.

if I'm in a really good mood, I hand them out like candy.
otherwise, I like it to be really funny, or really moving. sometimes I star it if I have a contact who should see it, like when someone was looking for phoenix.
