Do you ignore labels?

I always ignore the "take two for the pain" and take 6 or 7. What labels do you ignore?

Nope I follow the labels. The only rule I bend is if the packet says "Take 2 every 6 hours" I might take another one after 4 hours if the pain hasn't gone.

If you are asking about food labels too then I'd have to say I'm obsessed with making sure the food in packages are in date, if there's no date I won't eat it, if it's out of date I'll throw it out (not just at my houses either, I do it at my boyfriends and the rest of my family and friends houses lol).

I ignore everything on a label apart from one thing, What it is, as long as I know I bought what I wanted I can figure the rest out myself. And yeah 1-2 for the pain basically means eat half the pack cause they do bugger all otherwise.

I ignore those same labels. If the doctor prescribes 800 mg of motrin for pain, why would u take any less just cuz you bought it over the counter.

I also don't follow recipes very well. I always double up on my favorite ingredients!

No, I read labels a lot. The only exception is when I already know what the label says for products that I use regularly!

I hate when a shirt says to wash it this way...I ignore it and wash it the way I see fit...they usually come out looking fine;)
