Not a dump, but I do sometimes pee while on the phone.

No, I need full concentration for that.
I have peed while on the phone with my sister, though. She's the only one I'm comfortable enough with to allow her to hear me flush.

haha When I'm on the phone with my mom and shes going on and on and on about things shes already told me like 5 times I tell her I have to poop so she'll get off the phone!

Yes. It's not like they know that I'm doing it, so who cares?
I just make sure to wait to flush until after the call is over.
