Her passport is enough proof of her age & place of residence, if she is a divorcee or widow, papers relating to this e.g. decree of divorce or death certificate of her previous husband. If she is not a Hindu by religion mind you marry her under the Special Marriage Act,1955 which I have been telling not under the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 as any marriage between a Hindu & a non Hindu is not valid under the Hindu Marriage Act its only valid under the Special Marriage Act.

It will get better, don't worry about boys for now, your better off without the hassle, focus on your school work and making yourself a healthy person, a few years you'll be all grown up, and you will have a lot more freedom of your own, so be ready to make the best of it! And maybe things will just work out, that the guy of your dreams will wind up being Indian, your just getting started in life, you have no idea ( nobody at that age does) of what life will bring you, almost all teenagers, no matter what race or background, have to go through a certain amount of family non-sense, and the other things your dealing with, it's part of growing up, again things will change soon, do what you can to contribute to it being for the better!

I'd try asking the clerk at city hall or w/e your local govt dealing with marriage is at.
I tried to get married to an American while he was staying with me in The Netherlands, but they required a birth certificate and then *after* seeing the birth certificate a 3 week engagement period. He was only going to be there for 4 more weeks, so we decided to not take that chance (he needed to have his birth certificate mailed to him) and to get married in the US instead. Turns out that getting in on a fiancee visa is faster than on a spouse visa anyway. :)
