Advertising on Yahoo! is similar to any other advertising for rentals. One is always advised to investigate what one is renting prior to signing any contract and providing any funds. If you saw the advertisement in a newspaper, as an example, is there any guarantee that said ad is any more credible than is the one on Yahoo! ?
