It depends, if you shave the pubic area, then there may be some irritation, as the new follicles that grow will be coarser than the previous growth, so it will prick and you will be uncomfortable. Use a good depilatory, atleast it wont give rise to coarser hair growth immediately. Infact there is really no need to shave your pubic area at all unless you feel like. Again it all depends on your outlook.

Is it just "a girl" or a girl you expect to be with long term? It's very uncomfortable to shave there. You're likely to end up with nicks and cuts, plus an ugly rash, plus extreme itching when it starts to grow out. The good news is that it's hair, so it will grow out. But while you are bald, you are more likely to pick up bacterial or fungal infections, as hair is what allows air to circulate freely in the area. Most of these will go away when the hair grows back, but some can be hard to get rid of.
So if she's so special that you want to please her at the cost of personal pain and inconvenience, give it a try. If not, there are plenty of girls out there that love hairy guys. Some of us are actually repulsed by hairless pubes, as it makes it seem like we're pedophiles.

Ummmm.....well if I were you and wanted to have sex with her, yes, i would. The instructions for shaving are simple, first cut all the long hair off using scissors and then use a razor...The one that I think is the very best to use is a rotary head razor....it doesn't give you as much irritation.....and put aftershave on definitely......when you first do it, it will be uncomfortable, but after you do it a few times.....its alright.....expect to itch...lol

Hell yes, cmon man do it for the lady. its not going to hurt anything, and you might find you actually like it. I personaly think it feals great, just dont shave to close, or else make sure you do it right or it will hurt like hell after a few days when the hair starts to grow back.

hair down there is actually protection from skin to skin contact u wont get warts if u have hair down there. But if it bothers u go ahead and shave it

you should, that would please her, some women/girls like a clean-shave person, feels clean and comfortable. Don't like bushy areas! And the underarms! when it is bushy, looks unsightly especially when one is wearing armless clothing. I love a clean shave!
