Grrr. I was so hoping he would win- I must have voted a thousand times. O well. He'll get a record deal anyway. Besides, either way he was gonna kick everyone else's a**'s in record sales, so I guess it doesn't matter. Although, his version of the song from the contest is what would have made that song a hit. Not Jordin's. lol Blake will do spectacularly.

okay...so I don't truly know that he lost. I'm just going by the zabasearch results- and they haven't been wrong yet. I hope they are, but somehow I think they're right. Even though Blake had the most votes the past several weeks, Jordin picked up LaKisha's and Melinda's votes, and then barely beat him. Plus, the judges kinda set Blake up to fail. Yuck. I hate this part of the show. lol

the fans will pick jordin, but the record producers would rather have blake. here's why: idol wants to make money outside the idol circle; and it's easier to market a cute guy or gal w/ questionable singing abilities to your casual fan or non-fan of idol than it is to market a corpulent or unattractive performer, however talented he or she may be. case in point: clay aiken was a better return on investment than reuben from idol 2; katherine mcphee is more popular than taylor hicks; idol from 2 seasons back got it right on the money w/ bo bice and carrie underwood because both had the look that the music biz looks for. and before anybody gets all self-righteous on the subject, just think of this: why spend millions on visual media (music videos) on a song when you can do it for less using radio airplay? because you're selling the sizzle, not the steak.

well did I miss something.... I don't think they have chosen a winner yet.... that is yet to be decided... he has many fans.
Now if you mean that Blake blew last nights performances then yes he lost.... but you have to admit... Blake was never in the same league as Jordin as far as vocals... matter of fact.... his vocals has never been that strong anyway.... his appeal was his unique style... and his originality
