I have tried some proxy avoidane sites, but those are blocked too. Any suggestions?

How about using a proxy, there is a site that lists a bunch of them. Try using one that hasn't the word proxy in the name.

you have to find an unblocked proxy, but remember, the IT man is watching you. browsing history can be traced back to IP address, which correlates to a particular workstation, which can be traced down to username and logon times, and from there compare what time websites were accessed. risky business, my friend.

If your company wanted you to access blocked sites, they would un-block them.
You are there to work, wait until you get home to "play around".

When you are at work..do just that work... why should people be paying you to surf inappropriate websites?? You can do all the surfing you want once you are off the clock..
