My son has an account with comcast and I need to get access. I don't want him to know so I can't reset the password either. Can someone help me?

No, you can't. That's what passwords are for.

If you want "Parental Control", move the PC out of his room and into the kitchen or living room so you can watch what he is doing.

He won't be happy, but he will behave responsibly.

You can install a key logger on your computer. Keylogger's record all keystrokes made on your computer. You'd probably be better off buying one, but If you feel you cannot wait you can download one from here: http://www.download.com/3120-20_4-0.html?tg=dl-20&qt=keylogger&tag=srch
