Do you find difficulty in writing poems that are not(don't know if there is a term here) freeform? In other words trying to write about a specific subject...

No,although I have heard of this,
I guess its kind of hit n miss,
For those that cannot be put in that mind-set,
Or reach the conclusion which they get,
Only more confusion you see,
Much like this Question has done to me...>=)

I actually think I find it easier to write about a specific subject. Interesting question.

No, I think it's easier when I have a little push in a particular direction. That way I don't wander the globe, I go right to work on what I'm doing.

No, and my first published book, was entirely my poetry, of which took me 3 yrs to compose, of which I sold a whopping 27 copies:( needless to say that one's collecting dust, and I no longer write poetry.

No. You should be able to choose or take a subject that you can write about easily.

No. I can write about pretty much anything.

But the poems I do are more light hearted not deep or melodramatic.

And I prefer to rhyme...DONT HATE ME!!!
