As a character of course he came to claim Milo but what point did it serve the audience? To tell us he loved Nadia? Wasn't that established when Milo kissed her several hours before?

Yeah, that whole scene seemed gratuitous and unnecessary to me. And why didn't they give us an update on President Palmer's condition?

It might leave things open for the possibility of him being around next season. You saw how he kinda dissappeared when Nadia came back. Maybe that's a sign that he was up to more than picking up Milo's body at CTU. Hmmm...

Yeah, man, talk about yet ANOTHER thing that ruined that last episode.

I think the whole show was written by committee, and there was no continuity of plot or character. I think it was supposed to be foreshadowing for next season, but it was done as clumsily as everything else on the show this year.

The only thing is, the way he disappeared so quickly, I thought that was interesting!!!!!

But, the point, I don't know, maybe he has Milo's skills, he wasn't too bad to look at!!!!

Yes. He disappeared awful sudden. I suspect that was left that way as a possible plot device for next season.

I agree, it was weird..maybe something to do with Nadia, but I didn't really get it.
