They have plans to build new buildings including one that will be 1,776 feet high but there is so much political wrangling going on as well as constant bickering on what kind of memorial should be placed there that no one knows when construction will begin for real.

They are working on a design at the site of the towers as a memorial to 9/11 with a reflecting pool at the site i think where the north tower was

No, they have not been rebuilt and they are not going to. Ground Zero now has a memorial to those who died, in place of the twin towers.There may be plans for skyscrapers in New York (isn't there always!), but definitely not in place of the twin towers.

Wow, Morgan must have the power to see into the future because as far as I know, they have NOT rebuilt the twin towers. Plans are still being worked on - politics you know.

They didn't build the towers again but they built one heck of a warship out of tons of scrap metals from the site.

well yes, because i saw the plan in magizine. it is 4 seperate buildings and it has a cool geometric shape to it.(same place where the old one stood)
