Of course she could be. Abstinence is the only fool proof method to not become pregnant.
btw I have a very beautiful 4 yr old that was conceived with the pull out method.

yes because there is stuff called precome (this comes out just during sex before any orgasms or anything) which is actually higher in sperm concentration than normal come, so it is highly likely that she could become pregnant.

yes, the pull-out method is not a trusted form of birth control. please wear a condom or have her consider going on the pill. she will eventullay end up prego if this is your method of bc!
