Just call and ask to speak with a supervisor. It's not that big of a deal.

I feel your pain. I am actually a verizon wireless customer. They ALWAYS mess up our bill. Of course to their advantage. I have tried numerous other companies and verizon has the best coverage. They have kinda a monopoly on service. Not saying they are a monopoly, but their service is better than anyone else. If someone knows of a similar service let us know and I know I'll switch :)

Hate is strong. They have some high prices and billing practices that are anti consumer. ON the east coast they have exceptional service and in the west marginal. Transferred to Sprint and cheaper and better service.
But hate is a very storng word.
