I have 2 USB ports. The computer I have has a power pen drive and camera drive and I want to know if I could install another camera drive?

Just switch the camera cables as needed. USB ports are "hot swapable.
Or install a USB PCI card to add more ports.

Sure plug it in.
If you want more USB ports, then BUY a so-called Powered USB HUB, or get another USB card to add inside. Get it at Staples, so if it doesn't work, just TAKE IT BACK. Push the EASY button while you are there. Some stores really hassle you about returns, so visit Staples or Costco, where returns are easy.
