there is a green wire which is the negative and i hooked it up and there is a red one which is positive and i hooked that up...but there is a black wire with a fuse running threw it and i have no idea where that one goes and im not getting any juice right now..so i need to know where this wire goes ...and if you need to know it is a roketa if that helps...

and the green wire is the negative wire so maybe u need to read a book..

The green wire is an earth wire not the negative.~~

Yes I have to agree, green wiring in a house is an earth ground. Since this is NOT a house then you should know better than to answer the man's question with such an uninformed response. Get off the computer and start running some more conduit.
