Sometimes, if we don't take care of other situations in other countries, then we'll have bigger problems than the problems we have here. For example, I would say that if we wouldn't have joined WWII, then we probably would have been attacked several more times than just Pearl Harbor.

I think history has shown us with Iraq and Vietnam that going in and starting a war without provocation is not a good idea. The people view us as occupiers who must be defeated, it reduces our national morality, makes us look like the only superpower is just a large global bully.

Now in cases such as WWII, Afghanistan, and the Gulf War which America or an ally was attacked first we have every right as a sovereign nation to protect and retaliate.

In the future, we should worry about the problems in the United States such as schools, health care, the poor, industry, improving homeland security, etc. rather than invade Iran.

The only justifiable reasons to invade Iran would be if the entire UN Security Council agreed to invade and promised troops for the invasion. Or if Iran attacked / invaded the US or an Ally

Since America is proven to be the most aggressive and war like country IN HISTORY and Americans see nothing wrong with forcing their ideas and ways on peaceful sovereign countries... the classic "School Yard Bully", the idea that the U.S. should invade other countries is just natural...

GO FOR IT... but remember... even the School Yard Bully gets his butt kicked by someone who is bigger and meaner... or when the rest of the class gets tired of being kicked around and they gang up on him.

"When the only tool you have is a hammer, then every problem looks like a nail."

Military force is not the answer to every problem.

Invading countries that pose no obvious immediate threat to anyone makes us look bad, and seems to accomplish little.

Our military troops' backs are broken, we have little protection left here in our own country, and there are something like 23 MILLION young, healthy, physically fit Iranians. Yet this current administration that many people ACTUALLY VOTED IN is seriously thinking about bombing their country. Be prepared to fight for your lives, senior citizens and babes.
