Im looking forwards to getting my carbine but what can/can't be on my record? i have a feloney of the fifth degree on me and thats it ....will i still be able to get the 995 Hi-Point carbine..if i get it my self..?

i have a felony of the fifth degree on me from when i was 14 but will that affect me from getting my 995 Hi-Point carbine? will they get all up in my face about it if i buy the gun personally?

You have a felony, and that makes you finished. It is another crime to be in possession of a firearm when your a convicted felon.

Having any felony conviction precludes you from ever owning any firearm. Your only recourse would be to have your record expunged, or to be pardoned by the governor of the state which convicted you. Or the President, I suppose. Good luck with that.

If you have any kind of criminal record, You will not be able to receive your permit for any kind of firearm..!
