Try iceing it down. That is what we do if gum gets into carpet. If that doesn't work it would be the scissors. Good Luck. C

if the gum isn't close to the root, put some boiling water in a cup and dip that strand of hair in it, keep it there for like 5 minutes. If you have rubbing or surgical alcohol put some of that in there too. Then after a certain time take the hair out and get out as much excess water as possible. Then get a fine tooth come and slowly brush it out in one motion if it doesnt work the first time put the comb higher up and brush through again.

Along time ago.................dont ask..............when I was in 7th grade, the class clown come running out of his class while I was standing at my lockere and stuck a big ole wad of gum in my hair. I was so pissed. Lucky for me my next class was science. My teacher must of spent halve the period taking the gum out of my hair and of course everyone was stairing and laughong the whole time. The trick!..............lighter fluid. disolves gum. try to work the fluid on your hair and not the gum so it will slide right off. wash your hair immediatey when your done. Good luck!

u can use vegetable oil to remove it or u can put ice one them to make it hard and then you can scrap it of..but do it gently or you might end up with littles pieces of gum on your hair..

it's been said that peanut butter helps because of the oil in it or something. i think my mother tried that on my brother and it worked. it's worth a shot but you'd have to wash your hair afterwards!!
