It could be the early symptoms of labor or just braxton-hicks contractions making you sore while you sleep.

i would say a contraction, i got painless contractions as well and it was similar,, but as far as your baby moving you should be having at least 10mmovements from your baby morning and then 10 at night,, if you do not feel this try drinking cold water and then lying on your back and if that doesnt get bubby going then got ot the doctors,,, babies move less, later on in the pregnancy but you should still feel around 10 movements.
Take care and good luck.. oh and congratulations on your baby.

I had severe contractions when I was 28 weeks pregnant and my stomach kept tightening up. At first I thought it was just indigestion, but later found out that I had a urinary tract infection. I suggest going to the doctor immediately and getting it checked. If it is not labor, then it probably is an infection that needs to be treated immediately.

I'd call your physician, it may be braxton hix..but it could be preterm labor.....especially since wter isn't helping and you've had bowl movements.
