If I had money to last the rest of my life, I would put it into savings and cd's to draw interest and I would continue to live on a budget. Then I would use my time volunteering. I know of so many organizations that need volunteers. So, I would help others by volunteering my time.

If I had enough money to last me the rest of my life that would be amazing! I could quit my job (which I hate) & focus my time on things I love (being creative -- art, music etc). I would also help out my family in any way I could & give to charities as much as I could afford.

Money doesn't buy happiness but if you know where to find happiness anyway, it certainly does help to make life easier!

:)

It is an awesome question!!

Indeed it would become very difficult to lead our lives if we do not have to do anything to earn enough money..... while we are busy making money, we fantasise about a future when we would have made more than enough money and therefore truly relax in life..... but that is not how it may really happen. When there is no necessity, suddenly all our initiative and vigour may simply collapse. Such a person may be viewed by the society as good for nothing. In today's society, a person is known by his work and work is defined as an activity that makes money!!!!

money to last to rest of life means lot of time to do the activities you like most. You can spent more time for your hobbies. You are assured of your livelihood and No worries from that side and life can be lived at choice Most time an average person spent for earning brad and butter. if it is assured in the broader sense you are at ease and relaxed

Assuming you mean we couldn't accidentally give it all away and become destitute, with the rest of it I would set up trust for my children and grandchildren. Then probably give to various charities.

Ensure that members of your family can be in the same situation. Charity begins at home.
