we'd desire to continuously have been drilling for kinfolk oil and construction refineries for the final 7 years. utilising the excuse that we are going to no longer see the oil suited away isn't fixing the subject. And liberals like to apply it, If Clinton had authorized it we'd be seeing the oil from the Anwr now, we could use it. i'm worried approximately what wintry climate is going to hold. If we've a chilly one how many human beings will freeze? The Libs do no longer take that into consideration.

As long as they can make a bigger profit with refinery outages, they will not put any effort into stabilizing production.

Just like the Enron people cutting power to California and joking about stealing money from poor grannies in California.

Yes there are problems at the refineries. Thing is these problems are planned, just like when Enron execs told power plants to shut down for "emergency maintenance" when California was having rolling blackouts in order to cause electricity prices to spike.

I actually did some interesting reading on that and while there are less refineries today – there is more output from the existing refineries than when we had more. Please see the reference for how gas prices are made.

There is a problem but the planners of the companies are doing a p ss poor job of taking care of there equipment. Any other job or company those people would be fired. I say they start firing from top down until someone spills the beans to what is really happening.

It is just like during the Carter Admin when the tankers were held off shore and everyone was told that there was a shortage. The oilcos are the tail that wags the dog.

We're being hosed. It was a long weekend here in Canada last week, the US and the UK have a long weekend. Many people are travelling to the beaches and cottages and what better time to crank up the prices....the oil and gas companies know people will buy gas regardless of the price.
