I couldn't able to do it?
or I could not able to it?

is this correct? if not, what should it be

able and could convey the same thing, ie., possibility,

so, u can say

i couldnt do it

or,

i was not able to do it (bcoz it is past)

Correct usage: I was not able to do it, or I wasn't able to do it, past tense.

Able is a passive verb; therefore, you need a form of the verb "to be" with it:

am able; was able; will be able.

No, it's redundant to have both "could" and "able" in the same sentence.

I wasn't (or was not) able to do it.
or
I couldn't do it.

It doesn't sound right.....Maybe "i was not able to do it" or "i could not do it"

or I couldn't do it

No, you should say -
"I was not able to do it." or
"I couldn't do it."
