i even had more than 150 dollars worth of itunes on it and its gone ive lost all my pictures and a really really important document how can i fi this?

The easiest way to recover files is using Linux. Go to Ubuntu.com and download Ubuntu and burn it. If you don't have a comp to download with they can mail you one for free by mail. A live CD just means it will run something like Windows on a CD. When you pop it in it'll load an operating system and you'll be able to see your harddrive. You can then search for your files and transfer them however you choose to do so.

there is really a simple solution. For that you will require windows installation disk handy. Insert the cd in the cd drive, restart the computer and let it boot from the installation cd instead of the hard disk, after that run repair install as explained on the link below. It will repair windows keeping all of your data, songs, programs intact

Dont panic, if its just stopped working, there are ways to recover them or even get Windows back working again, describe the problems in a bit more details.

You can hire a computer repair person the fix the problem and most likely get it running again.
