can things such as behavior patterns or what you eat really change how you look?
if yes,
are there any sites or programs that can show you how you will look like in the future?
For example, if you only eat meat, would you look different if you were eating a balanced meal everyday?
and how much of your current look can be changed by doing so?
thank you!

I agree with Krystal. I eat a mostly whole foods diet. Not "diet" as in food deprivation trying to get skinny so I can fit society's definition of "pretty", but diet as in lifestyle. I've heard that one of the not good things about pregnancy are things like skin changes. Well, it's not really happened to me. I have tried some soap that left red marks on my face, but I think I just left it on for too long. (I was in the shower, my husband and was in the bathroom, too, as we were getting ready for a dinner meeting. I waited to turn on the faucet to rinse my face as we were talking. Nothing, though, a little makeup didn't cover.) Also, despite my frequent water intake, I think my face is a litter dryer than what it used to be for this time of the year. Nothing a little natural aloe lotion can't help.

I've been told that I look younger than what I do. When I used to buy alcohol (naturally, I'm not going to do it now), I would get carded still. It could just be the salespeople/servers doing their jobs. People have told me that they thought I was younger than what I am. (I'm a week and a half shy of celebrating my 30th birthday.) Last week when I went for my hair cut, the person kept commenting on how healthy and beautiful my hair is. I should have told her it was likely from my diet. Also, that I only wash it two or three times a week and I don't blow dry it.

Yes, I beleive that what one eats affects one's body. If one eats junk and chemicals and things that the human body was not created to consume, the body is going to react in a negetive way. If the body eats whole, natural foods, the body will react in a positive way. I get compliments on the way I look. I eat well, but I don't exercise the way I should. People have even said it's probably from what I eat (while they might just be happily addicted to their junk).

Eating healthier foods will make your skin better in the long run. Natural foods all have different ingredients to help with wrinkles, radiance etc. This site gives a list on which help with what areas. http://health.ivillage.com/eating/ebenefits/topics/0,,4vhm,00.html

Only in a small way. It isn't going to be anything drastic.
