Fried Chinese noodles:a lot of work,but very yummy
In a wok with some oil:fry 2 onions.1 very hot Suriname pepper,cabbage,carrot,leak,chives,paprika,green beans and whatever more vegetables I want.Chicken meat very tiny pieces cut go in it too.Salt and pepper,some masala.
Stir fry until almost done.
At the same time cook Chinese egg noodles,drain them.
All get mixed and a sweet soy sauce is mixed in it as well.
Then fry the amount you have on high flame:dinner can get served.

Since it was so hot, i had a sliced tomato, and for dessert a banana ~copioous amounts of liquid, mainly purified water, diluted juices amd this is what i had for breakfast, lunch and dinner...it is 90 degrees in my room at 2:34 a.m~ one more halfglass of water.

I'm going to make some tomato-barley soup. It's hot here and I find I prefer soup and salad for dinner, and maybe some fresh fruit.
Cooking goes right off the list.
